I’ve been having a hard time writing this first blog. I feel like I should introduce myself, list my statistics, likes/dislikes, Who I’d Like to Meet. But it all sounds so dorky. Especially with the randomness that I know is going to be my blog. So I guess what you really need to know is:
My husband and son are what matter. After 20-something years of life, I have a pretty good idea of who I am – most of the time. I’m a recent recruit to the SAHM club, and relying on someone else to provide financially is something I’m still coming to terms with. My Other Half is in the Coast Guard and has about a million interests, from boats to beer. Joober’s main interests are sucking his thumb and rolling all over the living room carpet. As for me, my interests run the gamut from sudoku to Broadway to celebrity gossip. I can be boring, silly, random, quiet, anal, easy-going, practical, sentimental – sometimes all at the same time.

Whew, I’m glad this first blog is over with. Let the stream-of-consciousness commence!
